Job summary

FiberTel, LLC in Portland, OR is hiring a Telecom Construction Supervisor to oversee multiple construction sites, manage daily activities, and ensure the project progresses on time and in accordance with plans, specifications, and local codes.

The role requires 5+ years of telecom experience, at least 1–3 years as a foreman, and a valid driver’s license (CDL a plus). Travel may be required; per diem and travel accommodations are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years telecom experience.
• 1-3 years as a construction foreman.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen & background check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or willingness to obtain required license.
• Good driving record required.
• Proficient in operating utility trucks and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple construction sites and daily activities at each site.
• Ensure project progress and timely completion per plans and codes.
• Schedule workers, deliver equipment and materials, supervise foremen and crews.
• Maintain build-out schedule and communicate changes to meet deadlines.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and verify work is completed.
