Job summary

Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground distribution systems, safely and efficiently. You will work on energized and de-energized lines and may travel to various job sites as needed.

The role requires at least five years of underground line experience, a valid CDL, and proven leadership in safety briefings and on-site supervision. You will report to the General Foreman and be on-call for outages and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience required.
• Valid CDL required.
• Must be willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, and emergencies.
• Lead crews and conduct safety briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew to construct and repair underground distribution systems.
• Perform live-line work using PPE and insulated sticks.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines.
• Provide coaching and training to junior employees.
• Operate excavation equipment and manage safety.
