Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety-focused Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. You may work on energized or de-energized lines and travel to different job sites, including out-of-state locations, reporting to the General Foreman.

Responsibilities include directing the crew, conducting safety briefings, coaching junior employees, and ensuring high-quality work within deadlines while prioritizing safety and proper PPE usage.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Lead crew to perform construction, maintenance and repair of underground distribution systems with safety as a priority.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings and coach junior staff.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines, taking full responsibility for outcomes.
• Install/repair underground facilities and conductors, troubleshoot and fault locate on primary/secondary lines.
• Understand switching, tagging, grounding, and voltage considerations with proper PPE.
