Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑minded Foreman to lead crews in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. Travel to various job sites, including out-of-state locations, may be required to meet operational needs. Reports to the General Foreman.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, coaching junior staff, and ensuring high-quality workmanship on energized and de-energized lines, with exposure to varying weather and demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Available for extended hours, weekends, emergencies, and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Oversee project work and ensure quality and deadlines.
• Perform live line work using PPE and insulated test equipment.
• Install and repair underground facilities and conductors.
• Communicate effectively in confined spaces and near energized equipment.
