Pike Electric, LLC is seeking a safety‑driven Foreman to lead crews in constructing and repairing underground distribution systems. You will work on energized and de-energized lines, travel to various job sites, and report to the General Foreman. Strong safety leadership is essential.

Responsibilities include coaching junior crew members, ensuring project quality, and performing live line work with appropriate PPE. Out-of-state assignments and on-call rotations are possible.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work out-of-state assignments and overtime.

Responsabilités

• Lead crew to construct and repair underground distribution systems.
• Conduct pre-job and tailgate safety briefings.
• Coach and train lower-classification employees in safe procedures.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines, with accountability for outcomes.
• Perform live line work using PPE and insulated sticks for voltage testing.
