Pike Electric, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to lead a crew in constructing and repairing underground electrical distribution systems. This safety-focused role involves working on energized and de-energized lines and may require out-of-state travel as needed.

Reports to the General Foreman. Responsibilities include coaching junior technicians, ensuring quality and timely completion, and performing live line work with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• Five years of underground line experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Willing to travel long distances on short notice.
• Lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work outside normal hours, including overtime.

Responsabilités

• Lead crew members and conduct pre-job safety briefings.
• Perform underground distribution work and repair live/dead line facilities.
• Coordinate safety procedures and training for lower classification employees.
• Oversee project quality and deadlines and travel to job sites as needed.
• Perform live line work using PPE and insulated equipment.
