Job summary

Bechtel is constructing a semiconductor manufacturing plant in New Albany, OH. This role monitors and guides subcontractor planning, safety, quality, and technical activities on a major project with multiple stakeholders, coordinating field staff to align with schedule and safe work methods.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10–13 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading field teams on complex construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee jobsite operations including Bechtel, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and their representatives within area of responsibility.
• Develops, coordinates and implements construction schedules, manning charts, and material/equipment requirements.
• Controls jobsite expenditures for labor, equipment, material and services; ensures operations stay within budget.
• Supervise personnel in the area of responsibility and maintain client relationships.
• Ensure Bechtel and local/national regulatory safety codes and QA/QC requirements are met.
• Actively participate in scheduled safety meetings and uphold corporate policies.
• Provide back-up support to the Field Superintendent/Field Construction Manager.
