Job summary

Brigham Young University (BYU) is seeking an Undergraduate Program Manager to lead administrative processes, support experiential learning, and coordinate student and part-time faculty employment. You will collaborate with faculty, advisors, and university partners to guide students through admissions, events, and communications.

You will support department operations, maintain accurate program content, and help ensure a coordinated, responsive undergraduate experience aligned with BYU’s mission

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to serve as a resource to students, faculty, and admins.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexible to changing priorities and tech environments.
  • Proficient with BYU systems (AIM, Workday, Coursedog).

Responsibilities

  • Lead experiential learning administration to provide meaningful student opportunities.
  • Monitor participation and prepare reports to improve program effectiveness.
  • Manage employment lifecycle for undergraduate student employees.
  • Coordinate admissions and student support with timely guidance and updates.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and contracting for part-time undergrad faculty.
  • Plan events and peer mentoring to promote belonging and engagement.
  • Maintain department content on website and in communications.
  • Collaborate with partners to improve processes and support initiatives.
