Qualifications

• Budgetary, space and staff personnel planning and analysis in an academic unit.
• Familiar with UC rules and fund management; strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with course scheduling, program development and analytics.
• Knowledge of UC-specific systems such as ESOC, Schedule 25E, NAIMS, ECAF and Sinet.

Responsibilities

• Analyze needs and set short- and long-range objectives for undergraduate programs.
• Manage curriculum, budgets, and academic personnel for Undergraduate Studies.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to the Associate Dean.
• Oversee enrollment, reader assignments, instructors and summer session scheduling.
