Job summary

UC Irvine’s Undergraduate Education Program Office in the School of Social Sciences seeks a highly organized Program Coordinator to provide administrative, analytical, fiscal and programmatic support to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies. This role collaborates across campus to align curriculum with strategic goals.

You will manage enrollment projects, budgets, and personnel for Undergraduate Studies, support summer scheduling, and ensure reporting and compliance with University

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience with budget, finance and personnel management.
Strong analytical, planning and reporting abilities.
Familiarity with UC/academic administration systems and scheduling tools.
Effective communication and ability to work across units.

Responsibilities

Analyze needs, set objectives and implement planning for undergraduate programs.
Manage curriculum, budgets and academic personnel for Undergraduate Studies.
Provide data-driven recommendations to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Studies.
Oversee enrollment projects, summer session scheduling and office operations.
