Job summary

University of California, Irvine seeks an Associate Director of Program Services for the Paul Merage School of Business Masters Programs Office. You will oversee program coordination and provide academic advising to master's students, including international students on visa matters.

Collaborate with faculty and campus departments, plan orientation and commencement events, monitor scheduling, and ensure program requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the Masters Programs Services Office.
• Advise students on academic requirements, probation, registration, add/drops waivers, and leaves of absence.
• Provide basics on U.S. visa and immigration procedures and assist international students.
• Advise on professional certifications and track progress toward program requirements.
• Plan high-engagement events such as orientation and commencement.
• Monitor course scheduling effectiveness and coordinate with faculty, staff, and campus departments on issues relating to the Masters Programs.
