Job summary

UC Irvine seeks an Associate Director of Program Services to manage program activities for the Paul Merage School of Business Masters Programs. You will advise students on academic progression, probation and registration, and assist international students with visa and employment eligibility.

The role also involves coordinating curricular issues and planning large-scale events. Requirements include strong advising skills, multi-tasking ability, and excellent communication.

• Plan high-engagement events such as orientation and commencement.
• Coordinate with faculty and campus departments on curricular issues for Masters programs.
