Job summary

University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia is seeking a Client Care Manager for Undergraduate Admissions to lead call center operations and deliver excellent service to pre-applicants and campus visitors.

As Administrative Coordinator, you will hire, train and supervise student staff, develop client care guidelines, monitor metrics, and partner with ISC and admissions officers to support decision-release periods and applicant materials processing.

Qualifications

• High School Grad/GE Degree and 5–7 years of experience or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client Care help desk operations and supervise staff.
• Establish client care guidelines and training resources.
• Track and resolve problems; develop policies and benchmarks.
• Coordinate with ISC on ACD system operation.
• Support Applicant Care functions during peak periods.
