Job summary

University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia seeks a Senior Residential Services Manager to lead information centers, ensure 24/7/365 front-line resident and guest services, and drive service excellence across Penn’s campus housing facilities.

You will coordinate with CHAS, Facilities Services, and Campus partners, plan staffing, upgrades, and special projects while maintaining high standards of safety and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Two-Year College degree required and 2 to 3 years of relevant experience; BA/BS preferred.
• Excellent decision-making and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Competent with Word processing, Spreadsheet, Database, Web applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 2 Information Centers (IC) and oversee front line resident and guest services operations 7 days/week, 24 hours/day.
• Prepare IC shift schedules and supervise student staff and temporary workers.
• Oversee documentation, communication, and customer service delivery processes for access, guest access, and life safety systems.
• Develop relationships with faculty, staff and students and coordinate with partners like College Houses and Facilities Services.
• Plan and implement improvements and special projects in service delivery.
