Job summary

UT Austin — School of Civic Leadership is seeking an Academic Program Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative support for undergraduate programs. You will maintain academic records, track deadlines, prepare routine communications and reports, and support course scheduling, study abroad, internships, and honors theses.

You will report to the Associate Director of Academic Affairs and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and student success in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years' experience in related position/field.
• Experience working on projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare summaries, reports, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Course and Curriculum Support: enter and maintain course and scheduling data; manage trackers.
• Study Abroad & Internship: assist in materials, timelines, and recruitment info with advisors.
• Honors Thesis Support: update guides, calendars, and track deadlines; coordinate events.
• Assessment & Reporting: collect and organize data for assessments and reports.
• Policy & Appeals Support: maintain policy resources and track reviews; prepare routine correspondence.
