Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Academic Advising Team 3; supervise advisors; advise undergraduate students.
• Liaise with Student Affairs and academic departments to facilitate collaboration.
• Develop and implement college-wide advising policies and procedures to improve advising quality.
• Participate in orientation for new students; provide registration support; advise on degree options and policies.
• Support registration and enrollment management; monitor course access and prerequisites; resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain program metrics and support communication for the advising team.
