Responsibilities

Help staff two campus pilot events on September 17 and 24, including a lifestyle education segment, plant-based meal, and campus walk.
Assist with preparing session materials, handouts, and supplies for education segments.
Support attendance tracking and data documentation for the research pilot.
Organize program materials for future community-based implementation.
Provide general logistical and administrative support to faculty.
Assist with de-identified documentation and basic video recording/editing for documentation.
