Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at Indiana University Bloomington during the 2025-2026 academic term which may include summer.
• Good Academic standing for the duration of employment.
• Demonstrates experience with coursework, programming, planning, and social media experience.
• Self-motivated, organized, and responsible; able to work in a team or independently.
• Effective communication with people from diverse backgrounds and strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Carry out assigned tasks under direct supervision and independently.
• Provide project management, assessment, and evaluation within the areas of project development, event facilitation, and peer development.
• Assessment Evaluation and support of Event Facilitation, Peer Development, and Project Development.
• Select program activities and collection of student data.
• Provide reports based upon assessment of data.
• Career readiness programs for 21st Century Scholars Programs.
• Follows FERPA policy and confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned with less than 25% considered clerical in pursuit of the above responsibilities.
