Job summary

First American Trust is seeking an Unclaimed Property Specialist to review, research, and disburse outstanding items in compliance with policies and state guidelines. You will serve as the primary contact for escrow branches and customers, delivering accurate information and exceptional service.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–3 years in unclaimed property or related fields; proficiency with FAST and TrustLink is preferred, along with MS Office and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of unclaimed property, escrow operations, accounting, banking, title, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and research outstanding checks per procedures and guidelines.
• Serve as primary contact for escrow branches and customers, responding to inquiries and providing service.
• Elevate complex issues to management with research and recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate risk.
