Qualifications

• Intermediate Microsoft Office and escrow software knowledge
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; write routine correspondence
• Strong math and numerical reasoning for figures and percentages
• Customer service oriented with effective communication
• Detail oriented with organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Set up a disbursement ledger with checks and wires for escrow transactions
• Review and prepare closing files for disbursement after closing
