Job summary

Ohio Peterbilt in Ohio is seeking an Experienced Heavy-Duty Truck Sales Executive to own sales growth across the state in Class 6-8 trucks. You will represent the iconic Peterbilt brand with a strong dealer network and drive market leadership through consultative selling.

You will deliver precise quotes, build relationships with fleets and owner-operators, and provide top-tier client advocacy while leveraging our award-winning sales and service network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years direct heavy-duty truck sales experience (Class 6-8).
• Strong understanding of customers/fleets/prospects in the AOR with local market trends.
• Must reside within (or relocate to) the assigned AOR.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; Class B a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consultative selling: provide tailored sales solutions for new and used Class 6-8 trucks.
• Market leadership: leverage industry contacts to prospect and grow market share.
• Spec excellence: generate precise, technical quotes and deliver high-impact presentations to owner-operators and fleet executives.
