Job summary

AT&T is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant in Wasilla to connect customers with personalized sales expertise and AT&T’s latest devices and services. You’ll drive sales, meet targets and earn commissions, with training provided to help you succeed.

Expect a role on the sales floor, bringing a consultative approach, participating in events, handling online orders, and making outbound calls to customers. Weekends included with a 9am–9pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• Must be able to work a schedule including weekends (9am–9pm).

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through their options using a consultative approach.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Meet sales targets and earn commissions with AT&T products.
• Stay flexible in a fast-paced environment adapting to evolving tech needs.
• Receive all necessary training and coaching to succeed.
