Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in Anchorage to help customers choose the best devices and services. You’ll use a consultative approach, engage with the community through events, online orders, and proactive outreach, and work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Experience in retail or customer-facing sales is a plus. Training is provided to help you meet and exceed goals, with uncapped commission potential and a base hourly wage ranging from $16.93 to $20.82.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Follow a schedule from 9am-9pm, including weekends, with two weeks advance seniority-based planning.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving technologies and customer needs.
• If you lack sales experience, we provide tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
