Job summary

AT&T is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with a consultative sales approach and help them choose from the latest devices and services. You’ll be part of the local community, fill online orders, and reach sales targets to earn commissions.

Work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends, with monthly seniority-based scheduling 2 weeks in advance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus; training is provided to help you succeed.

• You’ll use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, guide customers through options with a consultative approach.
• Fill online orders and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Meet sales targets and earn uncapped commissions based on performance.
• Be flexible with scheduling to cover 9am–9pm including weekends.
