AT&T seeks a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver personalized sales expertise on the sales floor, build meaningful customer connections, and drive commission-based targets with AT&T products and services.

You’ll guide customers through options with a consultative approach, participate in events, handle online orders, and make outbound calls to potential buyers. Flexible weekends and 9am–9pm shifts are available.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• We’ll provide tools, training, and coaching to help you meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community by events, online orders, and outbound calls.
• Maintain a 9am–9pm schedule, including weekends; 2-week advance seniority-based schedules.
