Job summary

AT&T is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to connect customers with personalized sales expertise and the latest devices and services. You’ll engage customers on the sales floor, participate in events, process online orders, and reach out to potential customers.

Expect a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends, with commission opportunities based on performance. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching to help you meet and exceed your

Experience in customer-facing sales is a plus.
Ability to use consultative sales approaches.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
Be part of the community through events and filling online orders.
Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers; handle scheduling 9am–9pm including weekends.
Stay flexible to evolving tech and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Provide tools, training and coaching to meet and exceed goals.
