Job summary

AT&T in Juneau, Alaska is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the latest devices and services. You will guide choices on a consultative basis, handle online orders, and engage in outbound calls to both current and potential customers.

Expect a fast-paced environment with training and coaching to meet sales goals. Compensation includes hourly pay plus uncapped commissions, with a sign-on bonus for eligible roles.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you\'ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advanced schedule.
