Job summary

AT&T is looking for a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers with personalized sales expertise on the sales floor and help them choose the right products and services. You’ll join a team focused on meeting sales targets, earning commissions, and delivering a great customer experience.

You’ll participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls. The role requires schedule flexibility from 9am to 9pm including weekends, with opportunities for commission-based earnings

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We’ll provide you with the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed your goals!

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Be part of the community through events, online orders and outbound calls to customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance scheduling.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay current with evolving tech and customer needs.
