AT&T in Fairbanks, AK is recruiting a Retail Sales Consultant to guide customers with consultative sales and help them choose the right devices and services. You’ll be at the center of the customer experience, building connections and meeting sales targets.

The role includes weekends with a 9am–9pm schedule, ongoing training, and generous commission potential. A comprehensive benefits package and a $2,000 sign-on bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? We'll provide you with tools, training and coaching to help you meet goals.
• This role requires flexibility with a work schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, you'll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to customers.
• You'll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks' advance seniority-based scheduling.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to help meet and exceed sales goals.
