Job summary

DOPE Marketing is seeking experienced sales professionals who can own their income with uncapped commissions. You will work inbound leads from business owners needing print items or direct mail strategies, and you will also make outbound calls to close deals.

We provide leads, tools, training, and targets. You will grow a book of paying customers, manage a fast-moving pipeline in a high-volume environment, and be rewarded for performance with no cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with inbound and outbound activities.
• CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce or comparable).
• Ability to educate customers on print and direct mail solutions before selling)

Responsibilities

• Work inbound leads from business owners needing print items or direct mail.
• Make outbound calls and follow up daily to close deals.
• Educate customers on strategies before selling and quote accordingly.
• Grow a book of free accounts into paying customers.
