Allied Universal in San Jose, CA seeks a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol for Transit Site to safeguard riders and staff and maintain a welcoming environment.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, provide excellent customer service, and report security concerns, following established procedures. The role requires a guard card (preferred), CPR (preferred), and a background check with drug screening.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, offices, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations following established reporting procedures.
• Monitor access points and public areas, document observations and incidents, and communicate information to supervisors.
