Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and contractors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters.
• Monitor access points, report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow emergency procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and daily activity logs as required.
