Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, administrative buildings, and perimeter areas.
• Respond to incidents and passenger concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and assist with emergency procedures.
• Monitor access points and public areas to deter unauthorized access and maintain a professional presence.
• Prepare accurate reports and logs regarding patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions.
