Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in San Jose, CA. You will serve and safeguard clients across diverse sectors, focusing on transportation facilities and public riders, while maintaining a strong customer service orientation.

This role emphasizes patrols, incident reporting, and responsive communication to support daily operations for a dynamic security team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Driver license/driver card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, administrative buildings, and surrounding perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
