Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in San Jose, CA. You will serve and safeguard clients across diverse sectors, focusing on transportation facilities and public riders, while maintaining a strong customer service orientation.

This role emphasizes patrols, incident reporting, and responsive communication to support daily operations for a dynamic security team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Driver license/driver card preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit stations, platforms, parking areas, administrative buildings, and surrounding perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points, observe activity, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
Respond to incidents, service disruptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.
