Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per law.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by following site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, monitor safety and security conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Communicate professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
