Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the retail center, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, report unusual activity, and communicate observations to leadership.
• Assist with directions, lost-and-found inquiries, and guest services.
