Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• A guard card or license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screening may be required.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff within procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of property buildings and parking areas.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and report details.
• Prepare accurate logs and communicate security updates to leadership.
