Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for the Santa Ana, CA campus. The role oversees the security of a high-profile client facility, ensuring policy compliance and post orders execution during the assigned shift.

Pay rate is $23.00 per hour with excellent benefits and career growth opportunities. Candidates must meet licensing requirements, have a valid driver's license, and possess security experience or related qualifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more of the following: associate’s degree or higher, active-duty military service, National Guard, or police cadets.
• Minimum two years of verifiable security/work experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties and performance.
• Cross-train officers for versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Suggest improvements for security surveys and post orders.
• Recommend personnel actions for those under supervision.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure training and screening requirements for security personnel are met.
• Minimize overtime as required.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
