Qualifications

• Active CA Guard Card required.
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable security experience.
• Power to Arrest and Appropriate Use of Force certificates.
• No personal devices on duty allowed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site post orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates on duties.
• Cross-train officers to increase versatility and site efficiency.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security personnel.
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime at minimum or as designated by Allied Universal.
• Inspect quality of service and contract compliance during shifts.
• Handle payroll, incident reports, and support security surveys and post orders.
