Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Site Supervisor Driving Unarmed to oversee on-site security operations at our Clyde, OH location. You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and ensure contract compliance while delivering high-quality service to our clients.

The role requires supervisory experience in security, a 18+ (21+ if armed) requirement, and strong communication skills. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess one or more: service in active-duty military/reserves/National Guard, Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets, minimum of one year supervisory experience in security, or associate degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security functions, including staffing, scheduling, and training for AU personnel at the site.
• Ensure required training and screening elements for security personnel are met.
• Minimize overtime according to AUS requirements.
• Inspect personnel and performance to ensure contract compliance during shifts.
• Handle payroll, review and maintain incident reports, and assist in security surveys and post orders.
• Make recommendations for personnel actions for staff under supervision.
• Respond to client requests and provide direction to subordinates on duties.
• Issue disciplinary actions or commendations as appropriate and support cost-reduction efforts.
• Contribute to physical security surveys and post orders.
