Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in North East, MD to oversee a high-profile facility’s security operations on a designated shift. The role focuses on protecting people and property, enforcing post orders, and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable security experience and supervisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates regarding the performance of their duties
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security personnel
• Ensure contract training and screening elements are met
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or as designated
• Inspect security personnel and their performance for contract compliance
