Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training of personnel.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening for security staff is completed.
• Manage overtime to meet AUS guidelines while maintaining service quality.
• Inspect security personnel performance and contract compliance across shifts.
• Perform payroll-related tasks, incident report reviews, and post order preparation.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests and emergencies.
