Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Site Supervisor Unarmed Vehicle Patrol for a client site in Simi Valley, CA. The role oversees on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure contract compliance and high-quality service.

Key responsibilities include coordinating personnel, enforcing training and licensing requirements, supervising daily activities, handling incident reports, and communicating with the client to address requests and security concerns.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving company-owned or client-provided vehicle.
• Must possess military, auxiliary police, or supervisor experience, or an associate's degree or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel assigned to site.
• Ensure contract-required training and licensing elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimal level as designated by AUS.
• Inspect security personnel and performance to ensure quality and contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys/post orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and make disciplinary recommendations.
• Respond to client requests and communicate site needs effectively.
• Support productivity improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
