Job summary

Allied Universal® is hiring a Site Supervisor – Unarmed in Irvine, CA to oversee the security operations for a client site. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and on-site training to ensure quality and contract compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory security experience, a valid driving record, and strong communication skills to interact with clients and staff. Excellent benefits accompany full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
• Minimum one year verifiable supervisory experience in security.
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline.
• Be at least 18 years of age, or 21 if armed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all security functions on-site, including staffing, scheduling and on-site training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Maintain overtime to a minimum or preset requirement.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract quality.
• Support payroll, incident reporting and post-order preparation.
