Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Site Supervisor to oversee quality security services at an assigned client site in Sacramento, CA. The role includes supervising staff, coordinating with operations management, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance requirements.

The position requires a valid California CCW permit, a driver’s license, and weekend/weekday availability. Competitive pay and benefits are included as part of a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services for an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between customers, Operations Managers and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and performance feedback.
• Assist in staff scheduling and staffing requisitions as needed.
