Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Site Supervisor in California to manage on-site security operations for a client site. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and quality assurance to meet contract requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass any State-required training or licensing.
• Must have CA Guard Card with training certificates.
• Minimum of two years of verifiable security experience.
• One year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations, staffing, scheduling and training.
• Ensure contract-required training and screening elements are met.
• Minimize overtime as designated by AUS and monitor staffing levels.
• Maintain service quality and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, surveys and post orders as needed.
• Recommend personnel actions and respond to client requests.
• Provide direction to subordinates and enforce discipline or recognition.
