Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.

• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with all levels of personnel and the public.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate delivery of quality security services on a specific shift.
• Supervise officers, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security staff.
