Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed in Philadelphia, PA. This part-time position oversees the security of a high-profile facility, enforces policies, and maintains safety during assigned shifts.

The role requires at least one year of security experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service skills. The supervisor will manage staffing, training, and compliance with post orders while minimizing overtime where possible.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and regulations.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Minimum of one year verifiable security experience.
• Two years of verifiable work experience demonstrating customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction and instruction to subordinates.
• Cross-training officers to improve versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for the shift.
• Ensure contract required training and screening elements are met.
