Allied Universal in Philadelphia, PA is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for a high-profile facility. The role oversees security for the site, enforces post orders, and coordinates staff to ensure safety and client satisfaction.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of security experience with prior supervisory duties. Outdoor work and long periods of standing are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary per site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates on duties.
• Cross-train officers for versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost reductions to management.
• Suggest improvements for security surveys and post orders.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and on-site training for security officers.
• Ensure training and screening elements are met for personnel.
• Maintain overtime at minimum levels.
• Inspect security personnel and performance for contract compliance.
• Assist in payroll, incident reports, and security surveys.
