Allied Universal is hiring a Shift Supervisor - Unarmed for a high-profile facility in Greensburg, PA. This part-time role covers a 12:00AM-8:00AM shift on Sat, Sun, Mon, Tue, and Wed, with weekly pay and uniforms supplied.

The position requires security/management experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills. Training is provided, with excellent benefits and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Must possess one or more of the following: Associate’s degree or higher, active-duty military service, National Guard, or auxiliary police.
• Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experiences.
• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating: excellent customer service, poise under emergencies, and ability to follow written/verbal orders.

Responsibilities

• Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders.
• Provide direction to subordinates and train security officers on shift.
• Cross-training officers to enhance versatility and site efficiency.
• Recommend productivity and cost-reduction measures to management.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for security officers on shift.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel meet contract requirements.
• Maintain overtime to minimum levels designated by Allied Universal.
• Inspect personnel performance to ensure quality of service and contract compliance.
• Handle payroll review, incident reports, and security surveys as needed.
